WXY provided specific technical expertise in order to (a) refine a vision and identity for the area, focused on fostering economic development opportunity and leveraging the transit hub; (b) activate underutilized land and consolidate uses, where feasible; (c) identify site assemblage opportunities to accommodate higher-density development; (d) identify areas/corridors for retail, public space, and an active streetscape, and (e) develop clear recommendations and guidelines to inform materials for a detailed zoning and land use approvals application that may be pursued in the future.
