The WXY/WEST 8 team has been selected to consider the impact of constructing off-shore barrier islands along the coasts of New York and New Jersey for Stage III of Rebuild by Design. The project entitled, STORMS OF Tomorrow: Reshaping the Coastal Mid-Atlantic, will test the potential of building with nature and introducing a set of islands in the coastal waters of the mid Atlantic region.
